spf50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the spf50 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the spf50 platform — including the website, mobile app and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the spf50 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the latest version.

This platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age and above. Users who register with false information regarding their age or identity will face account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance. spf50 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time if deemed necessary.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the spf50 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid payment method. spf50 is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact spf50 customer support immediately. All activity carried out through your account remains your sole responsibility until the report has been processed and verified.

Users are prohibited from using this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, hacking, distribution of malware or any actions that violate Malaysian law. Any such attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the spf50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers and e-payment options listed during the deposit process. spf50 does not accept foreign currency payments directly.

Successful deposits are usually credited to your account within a short time. However, delays may occur due to third-party verification processes or temporary technical issues. spf50 is not liable for delays that are beyond the platform's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

  • Users must have completed the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
  • Spf50 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.

Any bonus or promotional credits received are subject to separate rollover requirements. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Spf50 provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance or temporary downtime without prior notice.

To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, spf50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform — including but not limited to loss of income, data or business opportunities.

All content on the spf50 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software and brand names — is the exclusive property of spf50 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying or using any of this content without prior written permission.

The spf50 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. spf50 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and is not responsible for any losses arising from their use. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party site separately.

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination Policy

Spf50 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if any provision of these Terms & Conditions is breached, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading registration information.
  • Owning or operating multiple accounts.
  • Engaging in fraud, bonus abuse or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
  • Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised technical means to exploit the system.
  • Actions that violate applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.

When an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Users whose accounts are closed for non-violation reasons — whether by their own request or other valid grounds — will have their eligible balance processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact spf50 customer support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets or transactions.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Spf50 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the spf50 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless both parties agree to use an alternative dispute resolution method.
